Craft Course - Jewellery Workshop
Suitable for complete beginners.
The course will include an introduction to the basic techniques of pictorial and geometric marquetry. Students will cut hardwood veneers and assemble marquetry panels for items of jewellery and, time permitting, assemble and glue-up the items. Finishing and polishing will be discussed, but it may be necessary for the items to be completed after the course - either by the student or tutor.
